Faye and Phillipe after our first Dive

 
we go on regular diving trips to the various rock pools in the area, we usually came back with Abalones- a shell fish that is considered a real delicacy by the Japanese, and sells for ridiculous prices. There is a strict law about how many you can take, firstly you need to buy a licence, and only allowed 5 per dive during the season. Franck would eat at least one raw whilst we were there, real sushi. I had a taste but wasn't impressed. When cooked in thin strips they tasted delicious,like squid.
