Me too!
I'd like to be on one in the Mediterranean so I wouldn't gasp with cold if I swam.

Thanks for your comment on my blog, I think you are right about that plant I couldn't place. Now I remember where I took the photo and there were lots of alliums in that polytunnel.

I've just had a skim through your blog, what a delight, I love the header banner. Such a great mix of drawing, gardening and observation. I often comment that it's hard to find male blogs that I enjoy but your will definitely be bookmarked for when I'm well enough to regularly blog read again.

I'm sure I've not been on your blog before, but I seem to recognise your illustrations so I must know your work from somewhere else.

The pliers made me smile, I have those ones, with the same quantity of rust... just waiting to mash up my fingers.

Love the garden design you did last year, it looks brilliant. I think people who only do the design side sometimes do bad gardens because they never have to maintain them, whereas you understand the maintenance and will have planted something manageable. I bet they love it.

Cally, thanks for your kind words. It's afemale dominated world out there, so I thought I'd give it a go. Nothing too precious, just sling things in, willy-nilly. Haven't published illustrations anywhere else before, these are the first 'ramblings', just sort of finding my way in again. Anyway, hope you're having a good day, keep on blogging-always interesting stuff.
